Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make! Before you buy, a completed home inspection could avoid potentially high cost repairs that would otherwise go undetected and likely later become even more expensive to repair. Our typical home inspection catches common defects so you become confident in the investment you’re making.
Homeowners often make repairs or upgrades before they put their house on the market utilizing a seller’s pre-listing inspection report as a reference. Most buyers will still perform their own inspection yet this step helps ensure the seller has the least amount of surprises during the negotiating process. After the seller’s inspection, we will advise clients and agents with a summary containing potential strategies to bring the home to market, based on report results.
If you’re considering selling and need some insight around prioritizing work to be done beforehand we’re here to help. Alternatively, if you’ve just received the keys to your new home and would like a roadmap of what to update or fix first, we can help with this, too! We’ve been involved with several projects- from whole house system upgrades to swim spas, so please reach out if you would like some help strategizing work you may want to get done.
Need a pool and spa inspected and not sure of what work may need to be done? Maybe you’ve been in your house three months (or years!) and need some help organizing your to-do list of repairs. We’ll come in and inspect specific items you need to be informed about to help you make a plan.
